Michael Perrotti Obituary

Michael J. Perrotti, age 73 of Danbury, passed away peacefully with his daughter Michele by his side on Monday, October 11, 2010 at Danbury Hospital. He was born in Danbury, August 3, 1937, son of the late Michael J. Perrotti, Sr. and Mildred (Sacco) Perrotti. He attended Danbury Schools and was a Danbury resident all of his life. He worked in retail and later in life you could find "Mike" at the old Shell Gas Station on North Street. He was an avid Bowler in the 60s and 70s and was a die hard NY Yankee and Giants fan. He enjoyed doing his puzzle books, driving his grandchildren everywhere and spending time with the Mastrianni family. "Poppy" will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Mike is survived by his daughter, Michele Mastrianni, her husband, Jerry, their children, Andrew, Marli and Joeli; son, Nick Perrotti and his children, Sierra and Taylor; daughter, Cathy Larkin, her husband, Steven, and their children, Joshua, Elisabeth, Benjamin and Abigail; son, Michaelpaul Perrotti and his daughter, Kimberly; sisters, Christine Ritchie and Gerry Morrissey; as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Donations may be made in memory of Michael Perrotti to The Brain Injury Assoc. of CT, Inc., 200 Day Hill Road, Suite 250,Windsor, CT 06095 OR The Jaxxon Reed Fund, c/o Champion, 64 Mill Plain Road, Danbury CT 06811. The family will receive friends in the Hull Funeral Home, 60 Division St., Danbury, Friday evening from 5 to 8. A service will be held at 7:30 during the calling hours.
