Adrienne Nagy Obituary

Adrienne Nagy, age 70, passed away peacefully at Danbury Hospital on Tuesday, October 12, 2010. Born and raised in Budapest, Hungary, Adrienne immigrated to Stamford in 1956. She later became an American citizen. With her late husband, Bela (Bill), she raised three children in Danbury and had been a homemaker and resident since 1964 She is survived by her children, Arpad (Peter) Nagy, MD (daughter-in-law, Emily Nagy), Judith Nagy, MD, (son-in-law, Richard Diaz; and grandson, Andrew Diaz) of Danbury; and Kristina Nagy (fianc�, Christopher Winter-Ritt) of Minneapolis, Minn. A memorial gathering of friends and relatives will be held in the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury on Saturday October 16th. from 1 to 3 p.m. Those who wish may make contributions in Adrienne Nagy's memory to the Danbury Hospital Pulmonary Department 24 Hospital Ave., Danbury, CT 06810.

In My Pocket

I have memories in my pocket.
They rattle among the change.

My memories of you are treasures I carry wherever I go.

They are stored in bits and pieces, parts of a beautiful whole
They give me comfort when I think I am alone.

Yes, I have memories in my pocket, like so much other stuff I keep there.
