Albert Adlers

A memorial service for Mr. Albert Adlers, age 88, of Opelika, Alabama, will be held Monday, September 13, 2010 at 3 p.m. at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home Chapel, with Father Marty McGeough officiating. Visitation will be held from 2 to 3 p.m, Monday, September 13, 2010 at Jeffcoat-Trant Funeral Home. Mr. Adlers was born January 9, 1922 in Riga, Latvia. He died Friday, September 10, 2010 at East Alabama Medical Center. Mr. Adlers was a graduate of Connecticut State University. Most of his life was lived in Opelika. He retired from Ampex after years of service as a Chemical Engineer for the company. Survivors include his wife, Helena Burns Adlers; his three daughters, Karen (Anthony) Casacalenda, Deborah Ann Pyron, Alberta Boyd; grandchildren, Jennifer Lynn Casacalenda, Mary Casacalenda, Jonathon Pyron, Andrew Pyron, Daniel Pyron and Michael Pyron.
