BOYNTON, ANN MARIE.
Ann Marie (Clause) Boynton, 72 of Danbury, beloved wife of Ernest M. Boynton, went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday June 17, 2014, surrounded by family. She was born in Carbondale PA, daughter of the late Rose (Molinaro) Clause.
Ann was a loved member of His Vineyard Christian Fellowship and was active in her church. She was a past member of the Danbury Democratic Party, serving in Danbury politics for well over 30 years and had worked as a Congressional Aid for William Ratchford, and was the Campaign Manager for State Senator Bob Godfrey. She was the Manager of the Jackson Hewitt Tax Service on Main Street in Danbury until her retirement this past May.
She was a devoted wife and an amazing mother and Nana. In addition to her husband of 52 years she will be fondly missed by her children; Lisa Tarsi and husband Alan of Danbury, her daughter Lora Boynton of Danbury, and her son Thomas Boynton and his wife Deanna of Colorado, her six grandchildren Craig, Tommy, Andrea, Justin, Kirstie, and Lynzie, as well as by her many nieces and cousins. Her granddog and cats; Abby, Maggie, and Lily will miss her as well.
Ann is predeceased by her sister Josephine Casey and brother Thomas Clause.
The family will receive friends at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St, Danbury, CT 06810, on Saturday June 21st from 4-7 with a celebration of her life beginning at 7PM.
