Lombardo, Constance (Connie).
Constance (Connie) Lombardo age 57 of Gaylordsville, died Tuesday evening at New Milford Hospital. She was the wife of Allen C. Lombardo.
Connie was born June 24, 1955 in Stamford, CT, daughter of the late Frank Carl and Harriett Myra (Brown) Taubl.
Connie was a member of the Ridgefield Artist Guild and was an artist and sculptor Connie was an avid gardener and renowned for her culinary skills when cooking for large gatherings. Known as a great designer in the construction industry, she and her husband co-owned and operated, Connecticut Remodeling for many years. She also worked at Big Al's Toy Box in Gaylordsville with her husband.
Connie was a resident of the Dorwin Hill area of New Milford for 25 years before moving to Gaylordsville in 2005.
In addition to her husband of 30 years, Connie is survived by her brother Carl Taubl of Stephentown, NY and a host of friends.
Funeral Services will be held in the Colonial Funeral Home, 87 Park Lane RD, New Milford, CT on Monday, April 23, 2013 at 7 PM. Family will receive friends at the Colonial Funeral Home Monday evening from 5 until 7.
