Corrine C. Wright, 50, resident of Danbury and formerly of Stamford, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 4, 2013 at her residence in Danbury. She was born in Stamford on August 16, 1963 to Carol H. Aguire and Reynold H. Bauer. Corrine attended Stamford schools and graduated from Stamford High School and Ferrum College in Virginia with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing. For the past 24 years Corrine was employed by O'Halloran Advertising Agency where she worked as a Sr. Marketing Executive. She was a great person to work with and a dedicated and loyal employee. Corrine loved to run and loved to challenge herself by participating in and completing marathons and a triathlon. She was also a passionate Pittsburgh Steelers fan and a fan of NASCAR. Corrine enjoyed listening to country music while spending time with her many friends. She was also an avid supporter of U.S. Veterans through the Wounded Warrior Project and the American Warrior Program. Most of all, Corrine was at her happiest when she was with her family, friends and her Chihuahua pup, Reno. Corrine is survived by her loving mother, Carol H, Aguire, of Norwalk, her father, Reynold H. Bauer, her step-mother Sallie Bauer, of Holiday, FL, her beloved daughter, son-in-law and precious granddaughter, Cristin M. Wright, Johnattan Aguilar and Isabella Nicole Aguilar, of Newtown, her sister, Donna R. Bauer, of Norwalk, CT, her half-brother, Rennie Bauer, of Shelton, CT, and her dear fiancé, Frank Lyons, of Danbury, CT. She also leaves behind an aunt, uncle and many cousins. Corrine was a very special woman who will be missed dearly by family, friends and all those who knew and loved her. Corrine's family will receive the sympathy and condolences of friends and family on Monday, September 9th from 4 to 8 p.m. at Bosak Funeral Home & Cremation, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford, CT. A brief memorial service, along with reflections and testimonials from friends and family, will begin at 7pm. At the family's request, Corrine's interment will be held in private. In lieu of flowers, the family encourages donations be made to Cristin M. Wright, 9 Washbrook Rd., Newtown, CT 06470 to help defray the expenses for Corrine's final care. The family has entrusted Corrine's funeral arrangements to Bosak Funeral Home & Cremation, 453 Shippan Avenue, in Stamford.
