Jeanne Camous Obituary

Lady Jeanne Constance Forbes Camous, 90, formerly of Branchville Road, Ridgefield died peacefully on Wednesday, November 10th, 2010 at Laurel Ridge, Ridgefield. Lady Jeanne was born in England, April 7, 1920. A resident of Ridgefield for the past 50 years coming from Bedford, NY, Prior to her retirement career, Jeanne was a former actress and she owned a real estate firm with locations in both Ridgefield and Redding during the 1970's. She always maintained her love of drama and Shakespeare. She was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church. She is survived by her son, Gordon Camous of Bridgton, Maine, and her daughter, Pam Ferrandino of Ivoryton. A memorial service will take place in St. Stephen's Episcopal Church, Ridgefield on Thursday, November 18th at 2 p.m. Kane Funeral home, 25 Catoonah St., Ridgefield is in charge of arrangements.
