Gillotti, Paula B.

Paula B. Gillotti, 56, of New Fairfield, passed away at Danbury Hospital on April 11, 2013. Paula was born in Bridgeport, daughter of Nancy Ann (White) Fischer of New Fairfield and the late Dr. Paul H. Fischer. She was a 1974 graduate of Immaculate High School and received Radiological Technician and advanced technical training from Danbury and Stamford Hospitals. She worked for the Greenwich Hospital prior to her illness. She was an Advocate for the fight to cure Breast Cancer and the original creator of the Teddy Bear Clinic at Greenwich Hospital. She was always smiling and displayed her warm heart to everyone that she came in contact with. She will be sadly missed by all that knew her.
In addition to her mother she is survived by two sons: David P. Gillotti and wife Barbara, of New Fairfield and Justin J. Gillotti and wife Jennifer of Danbury, as well as her sister Karen Lee Fischer Perkins of Sherman. She was predeceased by her son Matthew M. Gillotti.
Friends may call at the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main St., Danbury, on Thursday evening from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m., with services at 7:00 p.m.
