Dear Judy, Brianna, Shannon and Al,
I remember when my mom put salt in the apple pie one Thanksgiving. we all took one bite and had to spit it out. The funny thing is that we all could not wait to dig in to that pie. It was a good laugh and a great moment. It is moments like these that we cannot forget. We must not take the simple things for granted. Ryan was a happy caring young man with goals and dreams. I just want to say that I loved Ryan and you guys. Ryan is now in a safe place and is watching down on us all. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I love you guys!!

I became friends with Ryan through FIT. He was always the happiest one on campus. I will never forget how positive and loving he was. He was a beautiful spirit and caring friend. He will truly be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Dear Judy, Al, Shannon and Brianna, Words cannot express how deeply saddened we are for your loss. I wish we could turn back time and all be back to those Benson Drive days. We will never forget all the memories and all the special times we all shared. We will always remember Ryan and his zest for life, even at a very young age. We are sure he grew into a fine young man that brought you much pride and happiness. Knowing that Ryan is now watching over all the Benson Drive kids helps bring us peace. I just was forwarded the email about Ryan from my FIT department. I had Ryan for a class (can't remember whether it was journalism or publicity). But remember him well, his spirit, his energy, his intelligence. I will remember him in my meditations.

To the English Family, God Bless you and grant you strength through this difficult time. Ryan was a tremendous spirit. He and my daughter have been close since grade shcool and having him as part of our lives was always one filled with laughter. I know that heaven has gained a remarkable Angel, one that will smile down on his family adn friends with all the love, life and vibrancy which he shared while he was here with us. To the English Family, I worked with Ryan at SoHo House and he was truly one of a kind. He could always bring a smile to my face and make me laugh at all times. Ryan's enthusiasm for life was infectious. I'm better for having known him and cherish the memories that I have of time spent with him. Words cannot describe the happpy feeling one got from being in the company of Ryan. We shared our last laugh and fun time together, just the day before his accident. His words of inspiration and guidance to our daughter who was on leave from college, made him her best friend instantly and was instrumental in her return to school. We are most fortunate to have known him. Ryan 's spirit should live on through us and remind us how present his friendship is, even in his absence. God Bless you All.

I went to DHS and FIT with Ryan, we were close and I will always remember him for what he was, an inspiration, an honest and loyal beautiful friend who was there for me whenever I or anyone needed him, someone whose shoulder u can count on.
