Wendy Hill Obituary

Wendy Dawn Hill, age 64 of Danbury, died on Tuesday at the Danbury Healthcare Center. Wendy was born March 30, 1946, the daughter of the late Francis and Mabel (O'Dell) Brill. A lifelong resident, she graduated from local schools, and was employed with the City of Danbury as a cafeteria aide, most recently with the Mill Ridge Intermediate School. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church, Danbury. Wendy is survived by her children, Desirea R. Petersen and her husband, Christopher of Waterbury, and Douglas E. Hill and his wife, Stacy of Torrington; her siblings, Linda Shephard of Palm Bay, Fla., Loretta Hoffman of Bethel, Michael Brill of Danbury, Patrick Brill of Waterbury, and Cindy Roos of Carrolton, Ga.; her longtime companion, Joe Hill of Bethel; six grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends in the Green Funeral Home, 57 Main Street, Danbury on Saturday November 20th from 2 to 5 pm. Cremation and interment will be private. Memorial contributions in lieu of flowers are requested to be made to the American Lung Association 45 Ash Street, East Hartford, CT 06108.

I am so sorry for your loss I worked with Wendy in the Schoolunch Program she will be missed by me she has been trought alot in her life from her lung transplant. God please watch over this special person.
