Bill was an inspiring man to me... I worked in the GPS office with him for a few years. I also got the chance to meet some of his family and I could tell he raised a very kind family. One lasting memory of Bill, for me, will always be him saying, "another day, another opportunity."
My sincerest condolences. I know he will be missed by so many.
