Little, William Tyler.
William Tyler Little, age 59 of Danbury left this life on May 25, 2014.
Tyler was born July 25, 1954 in Bethel, NC to Willis R. Little and Velma M. (Purvis) Little. Tyler moved to Danbury at an early age with his parents, and attended Danbury public schools, graduating from Danbury High School. He also had attended Boston College and Mattatuck Community College.
Tyler worked for Kimberly Clark for a short number of years, and most recently was employed as a histologist with Boehringer Engelheim, working there for 29 years until his untimely passing. He enjoyed traveling and spending time with his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
Tyler leaves to mourn his parents: Willis and Velma Little, one son: Tremaine Little, two brothers: Terry R. Little (Dorothy) and Michael R. Little (Tashia), two sisters: Evangelist Janice Little, and Wanda F. Little (Buck), nine uncles, nine aunts, a host of nieces, nephews, and friends, and a special uncle, Jimmy Purvis of Robersonville, NC. Tyler was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Oscar and Suzy Little, and his maternal grandparents, William and Mary Purvis.
Funeral services will take place at 12:00 noon on Thursday June 5th at the New Hope Baptist Church, Danbury with the Rev. Leroy G. Parker officiating. Cremation arrangements following the services will be private.
The family will receive friends at the church on Thursday June 5th from 10:00am until the time of the service.
The Green Funeral Home 57 Main Street Danbury is in charge of arrangements.
