Ginny Latin, age 64, was called to her eternal home on May 1, 2010. Ginny was predeceased by her mother, Stella Palimas and her father John Luczak. Ginny graduated from Bethel High School and remained in the area for most of her life. She was a former employee of Davis and Geck and was later employed at Branson Ultra Sonics for over 20 years until her retirement. Ginny and Burt married and she had found the love of her life. Ginny looked forward to their vacations on the Cape and sharing walks on the beach while holding hands with her true love. Ginny gave so much of herself as she raised her children only wanting the best that life had to offer them and was so proud of their achievements as adults. The two greatest joys to Ginny were the birth of her two grandsons, Ryan (sweetheart) and Drew (honey bunch). There wasn't a day that passed when Ginny didn't want to hear about what was going on in Ryan and Drew's lives. Ginny looked forward to sleepovers with the kids and making her "secret recipe" lemon cake with them. She was so proud of the close relationship she had with her boys; her little princes. Ginny will be remembered as a loving wife, amazingly strong mother, a doting grandmother and a loyal friend. She is survived by her husband of 17 years, Burt Lattin; her daughter Kelly Kennard of Sherman; her son Troy Kennard of Brookfield; and her two Grandson's Ryan and Drew Von Werne. Ginny also leaves behind her Aunt Marie Luczak; a sister Linda Luczak; a brother John Luczak; several nieces and nephews; as well as great nephews and nieces; her mother in law Grace Lattin; brothers in law Joe and David Lattin and her sister in law Karen Lattin. Calling hours will be on Tuesday May 4th from 5 p.m.-7 p.m. at Cornell Memorial Funeral Home 247 White St., Danbury. A Mass Christian burial will be held at St. Mary's Church in Bethel, Wednesday at 10 a.m. on May 5th. Burial will follow in St Mary's Cemetery Bethel. In lieu of flowers the family respectfully requests that donations be made in her name to the National Audubon Society, 225 Varick St, 7th Fl, NY, NY 10014; or to a charity of ones choice.
