Patricia Katherine Hall, 49 of Corinna, Maine, passed away May 22, 2013 in the care of her partner Brad Harrington and surrounded by her family after a brave fight with ALS (also known as Lou Gehrig's disease.) Patty, "PK," was born June 3, 1963 in Tacoma, Washington to Richard and Kitty Hall, eventually settling in Brookfield, CT. Patty graduated from Brookfield High School in 1982 and also worked in the family owned business in Danbury, CT, Hall's Cycle Ranch, throughout High School, ultimately becoming the Service Manager. Patty was also an independent beauty consultant for Mary Kay for nearly 20 years that allowed her to help people feel better about themselves, which she always enjoyed. Patty followed her talent and passion for photography throughout her life, which she shared with her daughter Kathleen. After she married Kevin Hill and had her first child, Christopher, she moved to Maine, which she referred to as "a little piece of God's country." She enjoyed Maine for all its raw beauty, regardless of season. Patty took great pride in her gardens, which she spent a great deal of time maintaining. She was also active in the lives of her children participating in the Cub Scouts, Brownies, and Catechism classes at her church. She is survived by her three children Christopher, David and and Kathleen Hill of Corrina, ME. She is also survived by her sister Alexandra Hall, of Brookfield, CT; her brother Richard "Rex" Hall Jr. of Marietta , GA, and 5 nieces and nephews, and many close friends who loved her like family. She was preceded in death by her parents Richard W. Hall Sr. and Eunice Gail Axton Cobb.
In lieu of flowers, her sister Alexandra Hall will be accepting donations for her daughter Kathleen, to help with her current and future needs. There will be a Celebration of Life Party for Patty on Saturday, June 8th, at 4pm, at her sister home, 55 Arrowhead Road, Brookfield, CT.
