ELK GARDEN - Milly J. Paugh, 65, of Northwestern Turnpike, Elk Garden, WV, died Monday, July 9, 2018 at her residence.
Born on August 16, 1952 in Grant County, WV, she was a daughter of the late Allen James and Lois Jean (Hanson) Kitzmiller. She also was preceded in death by a brother, George Kitzmiller.
Mrs. Paugh was formerly employed at the Keyser Garment Factory, Mountain View Health Care and retired from Bausch and Lomb in Oakland, MD. She was a member of the House of Prayer in Hartmansville, WV and was an avid flower gardener.
Surviving is her husband of 48 years, Edward D. "Ed" Paugh; two children, Tammy Gray of Keyser, WV and Ed "Tink" Paugh and wife Marlana of Elk Garden; six grandchildren, David Michael, Daniel Michael, Amanda Mayhew, Brandon Paugh, Tara Paugh and Nathaniel Paugh; three great-grandchildren, Gage Mayhew and Oliver and Chloe Michael; six brothers, Roger Kitzmiller and wife Virgie of Lake Wales, FL, Fred Kitzmiller and wife Dee of Summerville, OR, Ron Kitzmiller and wife Barbara of Georgetown, KY, Rick Kitzmiller and wife Betty of Elk Garden, Harold Kitzmiller and wife Cecelia of Elk Garden and Jim Kitzmiller and wife Anita of Accident, MD and three sisters, Virginia Paugh of Petersburg, WV, Betty Kitzmiller of Arlington, WA and Cindy Martini and husband Bill of Daphne, AL.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Thursday, July 12, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the House of Prayer, Hartmansville, on Friday, July 13, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Leslie Hipp officiating. Friends may also call at the church one hour prior to the service.
Interment will be in the Kalbaugh Cemetery, Elk Garden, WV.
