Vickie Susan Mackley Obituary
KEYSER - Vickie Susan Mackley, 61, of Waxler Road, Keyser, WV, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Potomac Valley Hospital, Keyser.
Born on August 1, 1956 at Keyser, WV, she was a daughter of the late Glenn and Evelyn (Dolly) Mackley. She also was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Allen and Nola (Arbogast) Dolly; paternal grandparents, Ernest and Ethel (Slider) Mackley; aunts and uncles, Lucy Dolly, Jane Dolly, Marchie and Sandra "Peachie" Dolly and Butch Arbogast and a niece, Amy Jo (Dolly) Slawter.
Vickie was a loving mother, sister and friend. A 1974 graduate of Keyser High School, she also received her AA Degree from Potomac State College. She was a member of Fairview Chapel United Methodist Church on Waxler Road and was employed for 15 years for Automated Packaging in Keyser and for 16 years at Anchor Glass, previous to that. She was also a lifetime member of Chapter 191, Women of the Moose, Keyser.
Surviving is her fiancé of 14 years, David Neal Tenney of Mill Creek, WV; her daughter, Jessica Mackley and fiancé, Shane Hanlin of Keyser; a sister, Tammie Mackley of Keyser; three uncles, Robert Dolly and wife Inez, Ronald Dolly and Paul Dolly, all of Keyser; two aunts, Patsy Newhouse and husband Eugene of Summerville, SC and Debra Arbogast of Fountain, WV; a special cousin, Marchie Dolly, Jr. and wife Anna of Keyser and several other first and second cousins.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Pastor Deborah Shreve officiating.
Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
