William E. "Eddie" Coffman Obituary

PETERSBURG - William E. "Eddie" Coffman, 77, of Inglecrest Lane, Petersburg, WV, died Sunday, August 19, 2018 at the Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.
Born on August 22, 1940 at Antioch, WV, he was a son of the late Howard and Margie (Doll) Coffman.
Mr. Coffman was a 1959 graduate of Keyser High School and was employed with General Motors building Buick automobiles in Flint, Michigan for nearly 28 years. He was a member of the Knobley Church of the Brethren, Martin, WV. He enjoyed Nascar racing, traveling to Northern Michigan and was an avid fan of the Lady Yukons basketball team.
Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Betty L. (Hoover) Coffman; five daughters, Fran Hall of Southgate, MI, Teresa Coffman of Burton, MI, Peggy Coffman of Fenton, MI, Donna Bodkins of Fisher, WV and Sue Alt and husband Trent of Upper Tract, WV; three sons, William E. "Butch" Coffman, Jr. and wife Karen of Keyser, WV, Christopher Coffman and wife Crystal of Rockville, MD and Donald Burgess of Mount Storm, WV; 19 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday, August 24, 2018 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.
Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Lynn Rohrbaugh officiating.
Private interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
