KEYSER- It is with great sadness that the family of Margaret Ellen Riggleman, 81, of Keyser, WV, announces her passing, on Monday, September 3, 2018 at the Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, VA.

Born September 2, 1937 in Keyser, WV. She was the daughter of the late James and Ruth Boyce. Her husband and love of her life, Richard L. Riggleman on May 1, 2010, preceded her in death.  She is survived by her sister, Millie Hanlin and late husband Mutt of Wilmington, DE, sister Mary Ours and husband Richard of Keyser, WV, sister JoAnn Pearce and husband Bob of Westernport, MD, and brother, James Boyce and wife Bev of Clearbrook, VA.

Surviving her are her children, Rick Riggleman Jr. and wife Sandy, Janet Tasker and husband Nelson, both of Keyser, WV, Sandy Corbett and husband Jeff of Morgantown, WV, Diane Marsh and husband Mike of Bunker Hill, WV, Boyd Halterman and wife Liz of Paducah, KY. Her grandchildren, Cassie Miller and husband Josh, Curtis Tasker and wife Taryn, Brent Riggleman and fiancé Shay, Michael Marsh and wife Samantha, Sabrina Tasker and boy friend Gary, Aaron Marsh, Jillian Corbett, Brittany Coffman and husband Fletcher, Krissy Heavener and husband Shawn, and Mandy Tasker. Great grandchildren Scarlett, Blake, Bryson, Brenden, Clynton, Graham, Braxsun, Bryzlyn, Matthew and Ben.

Marg found true happiness in spending time with her family. She enjoyed celebrating the holidays surrounded by loved ones. She was known for her huge heart and her ability to love everyone around her. In the words of one of her loved ones, Cassie Miller, "The value of a legacy is immeasurable, it's importance is compounded generation after generation. Love that knows no bounds will be passed to our children and our children's children because of this woman". Her family finds solitude in knowing that she is in heaven with their loved ones who passed before her. 

Friends may call at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel on Thursday, September 6, 2018 from 4-8 p.m.

Funeral services will be conducted at the Smith Funeral Home, Keyser Chapel, on Friday, September 7, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Curtis Tasker, Pastor Wes Beahm and Rev. James Boyce officiating.

Interment will be in the Potomac Memorial Gardens, Keyser.
