Ellen Lavon Gilley Fauber Lotts WAYNESBORO

Ellen Lavon Gilley Fauber Lotts, 89, a resident of Avante of Waynesboro and formerly of Rice Avenue, passed away Saturday morning, January 27, 2007, at Avante.

She was born May 22, 1918, in Green Cove, Virginia, daughter of the late Charles Eugene and Mamie Ann Blevins Gilley.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son and daughter-in -law, Ralph and Diane Fauber; two brothers, Elbert and Howard Gilley; her first husband, Ellis Fauber; and her second husband, Harry Lotts.

Survivors include three sons and their wives, Ellis and Deana Fauber of Greenville, Hampton and Janet Fauber of Spottswood and Jim and Sue Fauber of Staunton; 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be conducted 2 p.m. Tuesday, January 30, 2007, at Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church Cemetery by Dr. Robert Robson.

There will be no viewing or visitation at the funeral home. Friends will be received at the residence of her son, Hampton Fauber, 508 Almo Chapel Road, Spottswood.

Reynolds Funeral Service of Waynesboro is serving the family.
