GEORGETOWN - Deborah Jean Shaver Sechrest lost her battle with cancer on Monday, Aug.6, 2018 in Milford.
She was predeceased by her partner of 13 years, James Norman; her parents Raymond Shaver and Bobby and Norma (Thompson) Briggs; her brothers, Michael Neal and Russel E. Brenden; son-in-law, James E. Willis Sr.
Deborah is survived by her children, Kasey and Tammy (Richards) LaPlume, Christina (Richards) Willis, Michael Richards, Leetta Richards and Ben Founds; her grandchildren, Jake and Destiny (LaPlume) Matthews, Mollie Willis, James E. Willis Jr., Jessica Harris, Xavier Founds, Gabe LaPlume, Wyatt Founds, Alex Richards, Christian Richards-Smith and Nora Willis; and four great grandchildren; her sister, Vickie Wilkinson; three nieces and two nephews.
Deborah was a member of the Greenwood Cheer Center. She was a CNA at Volunteers of America, Alabama and drove a local paper route in Alabama. She was also a huge Elvis fan.
