Williams Sr. Frank Thomas Williams Sr., passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2012. He was the son of the Ruth Cottman and Thomas Williams. Funeral service will be 1 p.m., Thursday May 17, 2012 at Mt. Zion United Methodist Church. Pocomoke, Md. with viewing two hour prior to service. All service are entrusted to Bennie Smith Funeral Home~ Dover.
