WYOMING - Carolyn R. Weeks, born July 2, 1920, died peacefully at her home in Jacksonville, Fla. on April 17, 2014. Carolyn drove a school bus for Caesar Rodney, worked part time at the Delaware State News, was a housewife, and volunteered for the American Red Cross for 30+ years. She was active in her church, the United Methodist Church of Wyoming. Carolyn had many friends and traveled a lot in her later years. She's been to places, such as Alaska, Egypt, Ireland, Scotland and Wales, to mention a few. Carolyn had a good life and will be missed by her family, may she rest in peace. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson J. Weeks. She is survived by three children, Sande Reagan and Lynn Capoziello, both of Jacksonville, Fla. and Dennis Weeks, of Tullahoma, Tenn; seven grandchildren, Dusty Huellemeier, Alexsandra and Joey Reagan, Robin Ferguson, Laurie Lake, Kelly Cooper and Tammy Junior; she also has eleven great-grandchildren. Memorial service will be 3:00 p.m. Friday, May 9, 2014 at the Wyoming United Methodist Church, 216 Wyoming Mill Road, Dover.
