DOVER - Mark Warren Stacey of Dover passed away Wednesday July 2, 2014 at home. He was 62. Mr. Stacey was born July 31, 1951 in Athol, Massachusetts to the late Warren Stacey and Margaret Mackay Stacey. He served in the United States Navy serving during the Vietnam War era. He worked for Reichold Chemical as a supervisor, retiring in 2002 after over 30 years. Mr. Stacey enjoyed music and loved sports, especially the Boston Red Sox and Philadelphia, Eagles and spending time with his dog Vera. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Marian Mundy Stacey. He is survived by his children, Rachel Emery of Mechanicsburg, Pa., and Donald Emery and his wife Claire of Woodbury, Minn.; sister, Judith Short and her husband Elmer and their daughter, Stacey; grandchildren., Nia, Addy and Skye Emery and Maren and Collette Emery. A memorial service will be 2 p.m., Friday, July 11, 2014 at Torbert Funeral Chapel, 61 S. Bradford Street, Dover. Friends may call one hour prior. Interment will be in Lakeside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests contributions be made to First State Animal Center and SPCA, 32 Shelter Circle, Camden, DE 19934 Letters of condolences may be sent and guest book signed at
