DOVER - Nathan "Nay" King, of Dover, passed away Sunday, Nov. 21, 2010, at home. He was 57. Nathan was born on Oct. 21, 1953, in Opp, Ala. He served his country proudly in the USAF for 21 years retiring with the rank of Master Sergeant. Nathan will be remembered as a people person. He was preceded in death by his father, R.G. King. Nathan is survived by wife, Francine (Whyte) King; his mother, Henery Elma King of Opp, Ala.; two sons, Nathan King II and his wife Jenell of Wilmington, and Jonathan King of Wilmington; step daughter, Nichelle Harvey of Columbus, Ohio; paternal grandmother, Ines Lee of Opp, Ala.; brother, Cloy King and his wife Laynora of Auburn, Ga.; two sisters, Debra King and her husband Nicholas of Stamford, Conn., and Cachina King of Winterhaven, Fla.; and a host of family and friends. Services will be 11:30 a.m., Monday, Nov. 29, at Pippin Funeral Home, 119 W. Camden-Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, where friends may gather one hour earlier.
