MILFORD - Peggy A. Phillips, of Milford, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, at Jefferson Hospital, Philadelphia, Pa. She was 70. She was born in Dover, the daughter of the late George and Ella (Longfellow) Rash. She enjoyed gardening and traveling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl V. Phillips and a brother, Don Rash. She is survived by her children, William E. Phillips and his wife, Debbie of Milford, V.Dale Phillips and his wife Dawn of Lincoln, Randal M. Phillips and his wife Tammy of Lincoln and Cheryl L. Baker and her husband Scott of Shrewsbury, Mass.; two sisters, Muriel Leager of Denton and Jane Magruder of Bethel, Wash.; and brothers, George Rash of Harrington and David Rash of Fort Royal Va.; grandchildren, Michelle Phillips, Taylor Bernhard, Matt Stefanik, Aaron Phillips, Brock Phillips, Mary Phillips, Julianna Phillips, Cameron Baker and Wesley Baker. Funeral Services will be 11 a.m., Monday, Feb. 14, 2011, in the chapel of Berry-Short Funeral Home, 119 NW Front St., Milford, where friends may call Sunday night from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in the Delaware Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Millsboro.
