MAGNOLIA - Harriett Everett, known to family and friends as 'Sister', passed away Friday, March 30, 2012, of pancreatic cancer at Kent General Hospital. She was 74. She was born January 11, 1938, in Dover, to the late Harry N. Morgan, Sr. and Frances L. Wilson Morgan. Sister worked at ILC in Frederica for many years. She had also worked at Fletcher's Bakery in Dover, Goodwill for 9 years while living in Georgia, as well as housekeeping. She enjoyed gardening, country music and dancing. Her greatest hobby was collecting all kinds of bears. Sister was a member of the Harrington Moose Lodge, the Modern Maturity Center in Dover, and Trinity Wesleyan Church in Dover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Alice Mae Conley; twin brother, Harry N. Morgan, Jr.; niece, Bonnie Isaacs; and nephew, Ronald G. Coker. She is survived by step mother, Henrietta Morgan of Cheswold; sons, Donald Coker, Jr. and his wife Nancy of Cheswold, Michael Coker of Houston, Del; daughters, Lisa Quillen of Felton and Meghan Trimmer of Dover; sister, Myrtle Coker and her husband Walter of Cheswold; grandchildren, Travis and Anna Quillen, Makenzie Derrickson and Mason Crouch, Chelsea Coker, Leslie Newman, Stevie and Lexi Coker; great-grandchildren, Desitany and Isaiah Newman; brother in law, David Conley of Dover; friend and companion, Ted Toro of Magnolia; dear friend of the family, Missie Mohr and family; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday, April 4, 2012, at Torbert Funeral Chapel South, 1145 E. Lebanon Road (Rt.10), Dover. Friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon.
