GREENWOOD - David Lee Mast, of Greenwood, passed away on Monday, June 18, 2012 at Milford Memorial Hospital. He was 28. David was born January 19, 1984 at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital. David graduated in 2002 from Sussex Technical High School in Georgetown. He worked as a talented electrical assistant after high school and until his death. David had a passion and love for music and loved to play his electrical guitar. He loved to just have fun with his family and friends as often as he could. He loved the sport of football and the Dallas Cowboys. He was preceded in death by a grandfather, Ralph Jarvis. David is survived by his father, Douglas E. Mast and his step-mother Carol of Greenwood; his mother, Patty Jarvis Palmer and his step-father Keith of Seaford; and a step-mother, Nancy Odom; grandparents, Roy and Olive Mast; grandparents, Patsy Jarvis and friend Robert Russem; two brothers, Linwood "Lenny" LeCates and Douglas "lil Doug" Mast; step siblings, Kenny Jackson, Jason Smith, EJ Jones, Chad LeCates, Chrissy LeCates, Elsie Pitkin, Brandon Palmer, Adam Palmer, and Michael Palmer; a special aunt, Michelle Mast Morgan; a host of aunts and uncles, cousins, and friends. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Saturday, June 23, 2012, at Greenwood Mennonite Church, 12525 Shawnee Road, Greenwood, DE 19950. Friends and family may call from 12 to 2 p.m. prior to service. Final resting place will be in church cemetery.
