Donna Lynn Bernhard

HARRINGTON - Donna Lynn Bernhard, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012. She was born in Elkton, Md., on Dec. 30, 1956, and was the daughter of the late William and Betty (Laird) Foraker. Donna was the most generous and caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt; and her greatest joy was her family. She loved all of her animals, reading, writing poetry, crafts, classic black and white movies and shopping on Ebay. She is survived by her loving husband of 39 years, Thomas C. Bernhard, Sr.; her son, Thomas C. Bernhard, Jr. and Gayle Bernhard; her daughter, Shawn Lynn Bernhard and husband Derek Parker, all of Milford, Del; her grandchildren, Taylor and Karys Bernhard, Kylie and Ryan Sanchez; as well as her three sisters, Vickie Hamilton, Lisa Brown and Carol Wright; and nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Tina Marie Foraker. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 1, 2012 at Crouch Funeral Home, P.A., 127 South Main Street, North East, MD, where family will welcome friends from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m..
