DOVER - On Sept. 25, 2013, Bernard Lawrence "Larry" Hess, Jr., of Baltimore, passed away at the age of 82 after 55 years of marriage to the love of his life, Barbara Ann Hess (nee Neumeister). Larry is a US Army Veteran who proudly served during the Korean War. He helped heal myriad people in his 30 year career as a psychologist working for both Baltimore City and the State of Delaware. He is survived by three children, Robert Vernon and wife Patricia, Lynda Michelle Teraoka and husband Masami, and Steven Laurence; he is the loving grandfather of Christi Lynn, Brittany Anne, and Eve Hess Teraoka; he is also survived by his brother, John A. "Jack" Hess. A service will be held at 10:45 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 4, 2013 at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery, Owings Mills, MD with inurnment to follow.
