Sebring - Mary "Scotty" Swan Albert died June 15, 2018. She was born March 31, 1941 in Greenock, Scotland. A resident of Sebring for 20 years, she was a member of the Eagles. She was the Head Chef at the Burt Reynolds' Theatre from 1982 – 1989. She enjoyed shopping and spending time with her grandchildren.
Mrs. Albert was preceded in death by Jake Harley.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Gerald "Jerry" Albert, of Sebring; son, Brian Albert (Karen), of Okeechobee; brother, Graham Harley; sisters, Susan Harley and Margaret Harley, all of Scotland; seven grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
