FAGAN, ALBERT Albert Fagan, 86, of Delray Beach, Fl. & formerly of Hamden, Ct., devoted husband of Cecile (Ruttenberg) Fagan, died on Monday, July 29, 2013 at Hospice of Palm Beach County, Pinecrest Unit, Delray Beach, Fl. Born in New Haven, Dec. 12, 1926, he was a son of the late Samuel & Sadie (Goldblatt) Fagan. Beloved father of Steven (Susan) Fagan of East Haddam, Ct. & Richard Fagan of Scottsdale, AZ. Dear brother of the late Marion Suppe' & Wilbur Fagan. Cherished grandfather of Collin, Aaron, & Alysha. A WW II Navy veteran, Mr. Fagan was a former Vice-President of Connecticut National Bank (now Bank of America) until his retirement in the late 1970s. He then opened and owned Picture Perfect Frame Shop in Oxford, Ct. until he retired in the late 1980s. Funeral Services at Mt. Sinai Memorial Park, Onyx St., New Haven FRIDAY afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. Memorial Contributions may be sent to the American Parkinson's Disease Assoc., 27 Allendale Dr., North Haven, CT 06473. I worked with Al at the former First Bank and Connecticut National Bank. He was a wonderful, kind gentleman to all. I enjoyed my time knowing and working with him.
