DRAZEN, JACK Jack Drazen, 90, of 21 Bradley Rd., Woodbridge, devoted husband for more than 67 years to Shirley (Rosen) Drazen, died at Yale-New Haven Hospital-St. Raphael Campus on Wednesday, May 15, 2013. Born in New Haven, April 20, 1923, he was a son of the late Harry & May (Adelman) Drazen. Beloved Father of Laurel (Chip) Palmer of Yarmouth Port, Ma., Barrie (Joan) Drazen of Hamden, Franklin (Shirley) Drazen of Woodbridge & Marshall (Lori) Drazen of Los Angeles, CA. Dear Brother of the late Charles Drazen. Also survived by 12 loving grandchildren and 8 adoring great-grandchildren. A WWII army veteran, Jack fought in the Battle of the Bulge and was awarded The Purple Heart. He was a founder and past-president of Elm Lodge of B'nai Brith, a past-President of the Ct. Valley Council of B'nai Brith, and was a 70 year Mason (Olive Branch Lodge). Funeral Services at B'nai Jacob Memorial Park, Wintergreen Ave., New Haven FRIDAY afternoon, May 17th at 1:30 o'clock.
