To My Dearest Friend and his wonderful nieces and nephews, I don't have to tell you how deeply sorry I am for you loss of such a special person. Barry was a sweet, funny and compassionate brother and uncle. He had a heart as big as all outdoors and loved you all so much. He was adored by many, as all of you are. Chet and Billy, I hope you realize how important and special you, especially, were to him. He adored you both so much and you were so very good to him for all these years to the very end. When you question how someone can leave us so quietly, quickly and easily, the answer is right in front of you. YOU. You gave him all that he needed. The comfort, the wisdom, the tenderness and understanding and mostly the trust that you would take care of yourselves and each other and that it was ok to go onto the next phase.(of course the wine helped a little!) He will always be watching over you and blessing every step you take. You will never be without him.
I am proud to be part of your lives and honored to be your friend. I love you both.
