ONOFRIO, GRACE M. CIVITELLO Grace M. Onofrio, 88, of West Haven passed away Thursday, June 13, 2013, at the Hospital of St. Raphael. She was the wife of the late August Onofrio. Mother of Karen Luedee of West Haven, Glenn (Lois) Onofrio of Clinton, August William Onofrio of Florida & Louis (Lynn) Onofrio of Middlefield. Grandmother of Suzanne & Michael Onofrio, Chad (Tara) Onofrio, and Aimee Johnson, and great grandmother of Molly and Zackary. She was predeceased by her siblings, Eleanor Nocereto, Victoria Girasuolo, Isabel Sousa, Samuel Civitello & Michael Civitello, Jr. The hours for visitation will be Monday from 4-7pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green.
