GUALA, IOLE GIACOMELLI Iole Giacomelli Guala, 96, of East Haven, formerly of New Haven and Rocky Hill, wife of the late Enrico Guala, passed away November 26th at Talmadge Park Health Care Center. She was born in New Haven, the daughter of the late Eugenio and Marietta (Rossini) Giacomelli and predeceased by sisters Pierina Milici, Mafalda Lauretano, and Louise Halpin. She is survived by one niece, and four nephews and also by her dear cousin Dorothy Allen. Iole retired, after 35 years, from The New York, New Haven and Hartford Railroad. Arrangements are entrusted to Leete-Stevens Enfield Chapels. There will be no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, Dec. 2nd, at 10:30a.m. at St. Patrick Church, Enfield.
