Joan Berlepsch Obituary

BERLEPSCH, JOAN Joan Berlepsch, 54, of North Haven, passed away on August 19, 2013 at St. Mary's Hospital. Born on November 3, 1958 to Lorraine Koller Berlepsch of Hamden and the late Eugene Berlepsch. Besides her mother, Joan will be remembered by her sister, Jane Berzan and her husband Jonathan of Falls Church, VA; brother, Gene (Skip) Berlepsch and his wife Barbara of Orange; sisters-in-law, Priscilla Berlepsch of Hamden & Holly Berlepsch of Northford; nieces and nephews, Justin Berlepsch and his wife Danielle, Kimberly, Megan, Brian, Eric, & Katie Berlepsch; great-nephew, Peyton Berlepsch. Predeceased by two brothers, Paul & Brian Berlepsch. More than anything, Joan loved spending time with her family and she will be missed by her friends at her group home. Friends may visit with Joan's family on Saturday, August 24th from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. followed by her Funeral Service at 11:00 a.m. at BEECHER & BENNETT, 2300 Whitney Ave, Hamden. My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Joan will always be one of God's special angels. I worked at the New Haven Regional Center where Joan lived. I will always remember the joyous noise that Joan made when she wanted to get the attention of our staff!
