renchy, JOAN LYNCH In Yale New Haven Hospital, Wednesday, April 3, 2013, Joan Lynch Renchy, 82, of 94 Sperry Drive, Guilford passed away. Beloved wife of 60 years to Dorman Renchy, loving mother of Steven Renchy and his wife Carol, and Kim Renchy-Hodge, all of Guilford. Grandmother of Stephanie O'Sullivan of Madison, Andrew Hodge (USMC), Kelsey Hodge, and Danielle Renchy, all of Guilford, and Great Grandmother of Emily O'Sullivan of Madison. She is also survived by sister, Betsey Fitzgerald of North Branford, and predeceased by sister, Ellen Lynch and granddaughter Kayla Renchy. Joan was involved in many civic organizations throughout the years including the Guilford Women's Club and the Guilford Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. She worked in the Guilford School System as a Proctor and then worked as a store manager for Exclusively Children's, and Lace & Lingerie in Guilford. A lifelong homemaker and family woman, Joan will truly be missed by all whose lives she touched. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. George Church, 33 Whitfield St, Guilford on Monday, April 8, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Burial will follow Mass in Alder Brook Cemetery, Boston St, Guilford. Friends may call Sunday, April 7 from 1:00 - 4:00 PM at Guilford Funeral Home, 115 Church St, Guilford. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mrs. Renchy may be made to: National M.S.
