In the daily struggles of life on earth, time seems to slip through our hands.
Days and months and years pass by, like so many grains of sand.

The parents teach, the children learn, to find our path in life,
To make them proud and use those lessons, we try to get it right.

Just know when we must say good bye, to a Mother or a Dad,
The memories of the times we spent, aren't the only things we have.

You see, they are still with us, the signs are there to see,
The secret is to notice them, and welcome them to be.

They are Angels watching over us, through the generations and the years.
So live your lives with smiles, not tears. Count your age in friends, not years.--
