To the Foley family, what a great loss of, as said earlier, a "giant" of a man. Our prayers go out to you and to John. As a cop, I worked with John and sons frequently. John was an intelligent, thoughtful, and wise man. I could talk to him about anything. John's point of view was always refreshing.

Big John was a "Giant" of a man!! He was a tireless worker, kind to all he came in contact with, and just a fun guy to be around. As a Hamden Policeman I worked with John on construction sites. Although we are not related (as far as I know), I and my family extend our sincere sympathy to his family!! Just a delightful man!!
