Maria Grazia Vitale

Vitale, Grace Maria Grazia Antonia Felicello Vitale, age 96, of West Haven passed away on July 16, 2013. Wife of the late James Vitale. Born in New Haven, daughter of the late Salvatore and Maria Rubano Felicello. Mother of Rosemary (Frank) Carotenuto of North Branford, Jayne Vitale of Middletown, and the late Anthony Vitale. She is also survived by her grandchildren Laura (Craig Chevrier) Carotenuto of VT and Joseph (Terri) Carotenuto of MA, her great grandchildren Michael, Matthew, Amanda, and Brendan, and her sisters Lucy Violano and Gloria (Frank) Acquavita both of West Haven. Predeceased by her sisters Elisa Cellini & Anna Barone & her brothers Joseph, Louis, Anthony, Ralph & Philip Felicello. Prior to her retirement, Grace was a local seamstress for many years. She was also a long time parishioner of St. Lawrence Church. The hours for visitation will be Friday from 4-7pm at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green. Her funeral procession will leave the funeral home Saturday morning at 9:30 for a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Lawrence Church at 10am. Interment will follow in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
