Mary Mazzola Obituary

MAZZOLA, MARY DUDA DRAPER Mary (Duda Draper) Mazzola, 82 of East Haven, passed away December 25, 2013 at CT Hospice. She was born May 21, 1931 in New Haven to Jacob and Agnes Duda. She is preceded in death by parents, first husband, Arthur Draper, second husband, Dominic Mazzola, son, Jonathan Draper, brothers, John Duda, Henry Duda, Theodore Duda and sister, Stephanie Kacynski. Mary is survived by son, Roger Draper (Regina) of SC and daughter, Maureen O’Dea (Patrick) of East Haven, three grandchildren and several great grandchildren. Mary is also survived by two brothers, Stanley Duda (Ilse) of East Haven and Joseph Duda of Hamden. Mary was a retired employee of Knights of Columbus with over 40 years of service. She enjoyed going to the casino, gardening and her cats. Family will receive friends from 4 to 7 PM (TODAY), Friday, December 27, 2013 at the Clancy Funeral Home, 43 Kirkham Ave., East Haven CT. Funeral procession will leave Clancy Funeral Home on Saturday at 9:30 AM for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM in St. Mary Church, Main Street, Branford. Committal to follow at East Lawn Cemetery, East Haven. www.ClancyFuneralHome.com
