Michael A. Ricigliano Obituary
RICIGLIANO, MICHAEL A. Michael A. Ricigliano, 95, formerly of West Haven entered into rest May 6, 2013. He was the husband of the late Louise Cherico Ricigliano. Father of Marie Mauro-Gentile (Sal) and grandfather of Roberta Mitsules (Michael), Roseann Cacace, Lynn Maroney (Dan), Michael Mauro, John Mauro (Catherine) & Christopher Mauro. Brother of Marcellino Ricigliano & the late John, Joseph & Louis Ricigliano. Also survived by ten great grandchildren, five great great grandchildren and his beloved friend, Marie Cusano. He served in the U.S. Army as a cook during WWII. He was the original owner of the Putnam Restaurant in New Haven & then went to work at Yale University as a security guard. There are no hours for visitation. However, all are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial Friday morning at 11:00 in Our Lady of Victory Church. Entombment with military honors will follow in St. Lawrence Garden Mausoleum. Please omit flowers and, in memory of Michael, donations may be made to CT.
