Michael Addisio

Addisio, Michael S. Michael S. Addisio, 88, of 104 Valley Rd., Hamden, died May 29, 2013 at the Masonic Care Center. He was the beloved husband of Theresa "Terri" Cassella Addisio. Mr. Mike, as he was affectionately called, was born in Woodbridge, Aug. 29, 1924, the son of the late Pasquale and Victoria Grassso Addisio and was a produce farmer in Woodbridge and then worked for and eventually became owner of the DeLucia Greenhouses in Cheshire, operating them for 40 years. Besides his wife, he is survived by a sister, Florence Addisio of Woodbridge, a special and devoted friend, Mark Lesage of New Haven, several nieces and nephews and many concerned, loyal and devoted friends and neighbors, for which Terri is truly grateful. Friends are invited to go directly to Blessed Sacrament Church on Friday at 10 o'clock for a Mass of Christian Burial, followed by entombment in the Garden Mausoleum in St. Lawrence Cemetery.
