Joyce and Family, although I have never met you I feel I have known you for as long as I've known Mac. There was never a time we were together that he didn't speak of you. He was so proud of his family. I met Mac 29 years ago at Chatfield Paper and was fortunate to reconnect with him at xpedx the past 3 years. He was someone I truly admired and respected - St. Patty's day will never be the same! My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to all of you.

In the work world, no one was more fair or grounded in integrity than Mac. He taught me much with his drive and his character. That his time after retiring should be cut short is a compounding of the loss. Please add the prayers of my family to those of your own.

To the McCormick Family,
I had the honor of doing business with MAC for 10 years as a large customer of xpedx. No matter what favor I ever asked of him, he always did his best to oblige. A dedicated employee, a family man, someone who set the bar high. I was happy when he finally retired, though I knew he could never be replaced. His dedication to xpedx and his customers, left a legacy of kindness, integrity, and hard work. I am honored to have known him. My heart goes out to your family. He was much to young...rest in peace MAC...God Bless.

To Mikes family and friends, I feel your sadness.Mike was one of my best friends growing up.I wore one of his suits to my brothers funeral during the Vietnam war.Michael felt my sorrow and was a steadfast friend in my life.I will always miss him.I even drove his yellow 64 convertible Chevy keys and all.

We have sat side by side for 20 years at East Haven and The University of New Haven. A more loyal friend I could never ask for. We talked family and politics and built a great and lasting friendship. To Mike-the games will never be the same without you as my partner.
