MEADER, SUSAN LYNN Susan Lynn Meader, 47, of Clinton, CT passed away at Yale-New Haven Hospital on Monday, December 16, 2013. She was born on July 6, 1966 in Norristown, PA. Susan was the daughter of K. Stephen and Helena B. Meader of Madison, CT. She was an employee at Stop and Shop in Madison and was involved with SARAH Seneca, a residential agency which is dedicated to adults with special needs to make their independence possible. In addition to her parents, she leaves behind her brother, Mark and sister-in-law, Doreen along with her nephew Kyle and niece Ashton of Mullica Hill, NJ. There are also Aunts Lynn Caissie of Oxford, MA, Nancy Davidson of Rock Hill, SC and Susan Cross Meader of Harwich, MA along with Uncles Herb Reinhart of Oxford, MA, Ian Davidson Sr. of Rock Hill, SC and Charles Meader of Harwich, MA. Susan attended the Cornerstone Church in Clinton and was active at Shoreline Health and Fitness in Clinton, the SARAH Recreation and Leisure Connection in Branford, and the MARC Recreation Group in Middletown. Heartfelt thanks go to Daniel Jacoby, MD and Daniel Dries, MD of the Yale Center for Advanced Heart Failure and Transplantation and their team for their care and dedication to Sue. Thanks go also to the staff of the 5-1 CICU and the staff of the 5-3 Cardiac Unit for their care. Memorial Services will be held at the First Congregational Church of Madison on Friday, December 20, 2013 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to SARAH Seneca at 246 Goose Lane, Suite 104, in Guilford, CT 06437. Arrangements are with the Hawley Lincoln Memorial, Guilford.
