DiNICOLA, FRANCIS " FRANK" Francis "Frank" DiNicola, 78, of Pahrump, NV, formerly East Haven, CT died Monday, June 24th in Las Vegas. Born in New Haven on October 25, 1934. Son of the late Fortunata "Emily" DiNicola and Anthony DiNicola, Sr. He was a long time employee of DiNicola's Restaurant in New Haven and proprietor of the 3 Penny Pub in North Branford. US Army veteran during the Korean conflict. Frank retired to the Las Vegas area where he loved the weather and enjoyed life his way. Frank is survived by his sister, Rosalyn Brandi (Armand) of Hamden, former spouse, Lily DiNicola of East Haven, daughters, Ann Middleton of Pataskala, OH, Karen DiNicola Whetstone of North Ridgeville, OH, Leslie "Tess" Hemsworth (John) of Chantilly, VA and Emily Loda (Chris) of North Haven. Predeceased by brother, Anthony "Gary" DiNicola, Jr. He was blessed with 13 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. All are welcome to attend the committal of the ashes on 7/22 at 11:00 AM in All Saints Cemetery, 700 Middletown Ave, North Haven, CT. A memorial mass will immediately follow at noon at St Therese Church, Middletown Ave, North Haven.
