DEFELICE, FRANK V.,con SR. Frank V. DeFelice, Sr., 80, of Rosewood Ave., New Haven, died on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Veteran's Medical Center of West Haven. He is the husband of Phyllis Golino DeFelice. Frank was born in New Haven on June 17, 1932 to the late Anthony and Betty Ann DeLucia DeFelice. He worked for the City of New Haven for more than 25 years, retiring in 1990 from the Food Service Division of the city's Public School System. He is a proud Veteran of the United States Army, serving his country during the Korean War. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons; Frank DeFelice, Jr. of Ladson, SC, Mark A. DeFelice of East Haven and Anthony A. DeFelice of New Haven. He is also survived by a brother Anthony DeFelice, Jr. of Meriden and three grandchildren; Korina, Selena and Anthony DeFelice, Jr. Funeral will leave the EAST HAVEN MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 425 Main St., Monday morning at 10:30 for a Funeral Mass at St. Francis Church at 11 o'clock. Burial of ashes will occur at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 9 to 10:30 prior to the mass.
