I love you, Dad. I remember you belting a softball into the stratosphere. And, as you were booking around third, you fell and crawled all the way to home plate to beat the throw by a hair. A wonderful picture of your determination, hard work and abilities as a man. What a great example for my life to reach for the stars. But, most of all, you demanded betterment for your children and eventually it all fell in place. You made my mom so happy. You worked hard to keep the necessary essentials of life for me and my bro's. and sis's. Thank you, dad. Save a place for all of us, O.K.? Tell Gramma, Aunt Sue,Uncle James,Uncle Duke,Joey Briggs,Danny Mullen and all our friends and relatives that are with you , forever., I think of them all the time, and I miss you all.

Love, your son and friend, Danny.

Dear Barbara and Family -
I am terribly sorry to learn of Jim's passing. He (and "Smitty") were big reasons
why I joined the Subalpi Club. I enjoyed those Satuday afternoons when he worked and I caugth up with him on all the "world" events. He was one great guy - who will be deeply missed.
May his love for you comfort you in the days and weeks ahead.
Sincerly,

The Gonzalez Family
