Amuro, James Matthew James M. Amuro, 46, passed away suddenly on April 10, 2012 in Lake Oswego, OR. He was born February 21, 1966, beloved son of Shirley Amuro & the late Robert J. Amuro. Raised in West Haven, he graduated from Platt Technical School in Milford and for many years was employed at Bridgehaven Trucks in Milford before moving to Lake Oswego, Oregon. He was employed by Northside Trucks as a Parts Manager for 18 years. Jim is survived by his two sons Jacob & Zachary, his stepdaughter Allision Dryden, brothers Robert & Alan (Sandi) Amuro, sisters JoAnne (Tom) Trufan, Laura Morgan & many nieces & nephews. He was a devoted father & enjoyed all types of activities with his children, including water sports, snowmobiling, fishing, camping, sporting events & especially his beloved Red Soxs. With his generous personality, he made many lifelong friends that he treasured, loved to call & talk to everyone, always wanting to keep in touch. Visitation will be Wednesday night from 4 to 7 with a funeral service at 6:45 at the West Haven Funeral Home at the Green.
