I can't believe you have been gone for a year. We love you and miss you so much Pop. There is not a day that goes by that we don't think about you. The stories are endless. When I look at the beautiful Wyoming sky I think of you. You loved to sit on the back porch when you came to visit and predict the weather for the next day. Cooper and Sarah speak of you often. We were so lucky to have you as a Grandfather and my kids are lucky to have had you as a Great Grandfather. I wish they had more time with you to see just how amazing you are. I tell them stories from when I was a kid. We have a hole in our hearts but peace at the same time knowing you are no longer in pain. It is never goodbye but until next time. We miss you and love you so much. Love, Wayne, Kelley, Cooper and Sarah

Uncle Dick,Who Am I Going to TEASE any more about hair???lol I am so glad to have had time with you while living in CT. and my visits from Maine and Texas.I will miss you so much.I remember the time when I was married to Ron Rojas in the 70"s and you sat next to me on gramas couch and let me talk then you really gave me great insight to what I was facing,,even now tears are flowing ,,My only comfort is that you are finally in no pain,no sorrow,,but peace and Aunt Sandy striking up the band,,"O when the saints, come marching in, o when the saints come marching in,,O LORD I want to be in that number, when the saints come marching in".May you rest in peace always..love,Cathy Ann xxoo

Pop,
You taught and showed me so much stuff when I was younger. But mostly u taught me how to have fun when I was a kid, and how to enjoy life. You also taught me how to stand up for myself when I needed too. I wish we could all go to Misquamicut one more time. Those trips used to be so much fun when I was a kid. I thank you for all the things we did when I was younger. I wish I could go back and do it all over again. RIP pop. You will always be loved. I'll c ya when I get there Pal. Love you AJ.

Dear Mrs. Johnson, Rose Mary, Ricky and Cathy, To be a good neighbor is to have a good neighbor! The years may have gone by but the memories of my time spent at the Johnson house and friendship with Cathy are forever in my heart. It's the parents of your friend who found that change for the Good Humour Truck Ice Cream when you weren't close enough to run home and get money, it's the parents of your friend who watched you endlessly swim in the lake, or ice skate in the winter, it's the parents of your friend who took you to New Haven to go shopping at that big store Malley's. What can I say, except I have good memories of Mr. Johnson. I am happy I saw him over the last few summers when I visited the lake and he got to see and visit with my son, Austin. He was a strong, brave and smart man. His interest in Austin and his conversations with him were touching. May you find comfort in the memories we have of Mr. Johnson. The memories I have bring a smile to me today.
